There were 17 of us in this property and everyone had adequate space to spread out. The common areas were many and afforded us the ability to gather in one big group to watch LSU football, and many other areas to break-out into small groups for enjoying the game room, watching the Patriots or cartoons. Our guests came from as far away as Louisiana and several had never been to NH. The location is fabulous -- minutes walk to Kahuna Laguna indoor waterpark and a short 15 minute drive to Storyland for our young guests; short walk to the North Conway Village area for shopping, dining and the train ride. Behind the property across the road is a wooded trail that leads out to the paved rail trail. Beautiful walking area. Outlet shopping and regional touring very close by. Excellent location and property host. Ned was quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to book again.

we have rented from ned for about 15 years now and have never been disappointed ! All of his houses are very well equipped with everything you will need. All of the beds are comfortable and location is perfect !

Perfect accommodations for our large family to gather and get ready for my daughters wedding. Plenty of space to gather as a group but also lots of areas for smaller quiet time when needed. Easy access off main road. Definitely recommend for large groups.

The property is dated and poorly stocked. The bedding is terrible, not enough seating in the living areas for a house that sleeps 21. The kitchen is poorly stocked, has only one oven rack, the iron doesn’t work, the jets on the hot tub don’t work, there was only six washcloths, the carpet is worn. The kids did enjoy the game room and the location was great.
